Synopsis
The modern print of a 2003 classic, and the most approachable version of the village-conquest formula. One village, farm the abandoned ones nearby, join a tribe, train nobles, take other players' villages and then hold them. The map is readable, the tutorial actually prepares you, and the mobile app shares your account.
The weather turns in week two or three, when the beginner protection lifts and neighbouring tribes start testing your walls. Attacks land in real time and good tribes coordinate to the minute. It's the point of the game, and it's also the reason this forecast carries a warning: if you can't check in when an attack is due, pick a calmer region.
Shop pressure is moderate. A premium account smooths the clicking rather than winning the war, but on a competitive world a non-paying player works harder in the late game. The outlook clears again once your tribe is established and you're the one deciding when it rains.
